Join a Gluten Free Support Group Today

When you are first diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten intolerance the feeling of isolation can be unbearable.  But after you become a little more comfortable with this gluten free lifestyle, you begin to settle in, find recipes, and live your life healthier and happier.  Information is scattered all over the internet about gluten sensitivity, but after a while the feelings of isolation return. 

All individuals with gluten intolerance need support.  Sometimes that support comes from our family members or our co-workers, but we all need more support.  Did you know that there are celiac support groups located all over the U.S. and Canada?  Support groups can be the key to your success in your struggle with living gluten free.  Emotional support and continual encouragement are the foundation for your new found life.

Give the local chapter of a celiac support group in your area a try.  If you don't know how to find a support group in your area, just type "celiac support group" plus your town and state or province into Google.  It's that easy.  If you can't find one in your area, start your own local chapter.  The large national organizations would love to help you get started.
